Seaham
Seaham is another beach we visit often. It’s not a beach for building sandcastles but if you like collecting sea glass then it’s the place to be.
I wish I knew more about geology, the rocks here are very different to the black rocks further north at Hindson Cove.
Long exposures can add etherial effects to your photos. Here the water in the pool at the front of the image looks smokey and makes the rock below look blurred.
I love the contrast of the green moss against the misty sea.
Of course we had to find some sea glass while we were here.
The sun is going down and there are only a few people left on the beach. Time to head home.
